This Project

The content of this website is part of the Undergraduate Thesis for the Licentiate’s Degree in Computer Science at FaMAF (5 years program) by Francisco Zavalla, titled: Lineamientos para escribir código bonito. It was supervised by Dr. Matias David Lee and was defended in the year 2025, obtaining the maximum score.

When we started this project, one of the goals we had was for it to have impact. This implies that the things we write get read. So, inspired by the concept of Continuous Delivery, we published the sections as soon as they were ready. In the final chapter of the thesis, you can find the impact of this page from the publication of the first section until the thesis defense.

Francisco Zavalla

I am a graduate of the Licentiate's Degree in Computer Science at FaMAF (2025). Furthermore, since 2022 I am a full-stack developer in TypeScript for blockchain applications on Cardano.

— Francisco Zavalla

I did my undergraduate and doctoral studies at FaMAF, in Computer Science. I worked for 10 years doing research in formal methods and process algebra. Since I left academia (~2017), I work as a back-end developer and data scientist. I have been a teacher at FaMAF since ~2005.
